PROMOTION PERIOD: The Takis® Holiday Shopper Instant Win & Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) starts on November 1, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on January 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion will consist of a game of chance sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and instant win game (“Instant Win”). The Promotion Period will be divided into two (2) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”), with Entry Period 1 beginning on November 1, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. CT and ending on December 10, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. CT, and Entry Period 2 beginning on December 11, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. CT and ending on December 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”), their respective subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter;
Method #1: During the Promotion Period, you may receive one (1) Instant Win game play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry by making a purchase of any participating Takis® product (“Qualifying Purchase”) from any location that Takis® snacks are sold and take a photo of the valid unique receipt (“Receipt Photo”) showing the Qualifying Purchase. Qualifying Purchase must be made by 11:59:59 PM on December 31, 2023. Receipt Photos must clearly show the receipt in its entirety. Participants should keep their receipt(s) for a period of thirty (30) days after the Promotion has ended. Sponsor reserves the right to require a participant to provide original receipt(s) for verification purposes upon request. Scan the QR code on the Takis® display or visit https://campaign.rtm.com/TakisHolidayShopper/ (the “Website”) during the Promotion Period, provide your email address, complete the registration form in the required fields (required fields include: Full Name, Email Address, Mailing Address (no P.O. Boxes), Birth Date, and Phone Number) and upload your Receipt Photo. Upon registering, each eligible, completed registration form received, along with proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product via Receipt Photo, will earn one (1) Instant Win game play and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Returning users will enter their email address and bypass the registration form. The uploading of Receipt Photo and Instant Win game play must be made by 11:59:59 PM on January 15, 2024.
Method #2: To receive one (1) unique code via email, which you can then use to obtain one (1) Instant Win game play and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes without making a purchase or uploading a receipt, mail a postcard, including your complete name, mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, email address, and birth date (Sweepstakes specific) to: The Standard Group, Attn: Takis® Holiday Shopper Instant Win & Sweepstakes, 500 E Oregon Road, Lititz, PA 17543. Each postcard must be mailed separately and must be postmarked by the end date specified in the chart above to be eligible (the “Mail In Entry”). Upon receipt and verification of a Mail In Entry request, Administrator will send a unique code to entrant via email within two (2) to three (3) business days. Entrant may then visit the Website and follow the instructions to provide their email address and submit the one-time use unique code to receive one (1) Instant Win game play and one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Photocopied, illegible or mechanically produced entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of Barcel USA, LLC and will not be returned, and no receipt of confirmation will be provided. Barcel USA, LLC is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mailed entries. Limit one (1) mail-in request per postage-stamped postcard or envelope. Mail-in requests must be handwritten and postmarked by December 31, 2023 and received by January 5, 2024. Your unique code(s) are eligible to be played at any time during the Promotion Period, but unique codes must be entered on the Website no later than January 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT to be eligible for game play and Sweepstakes entry. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, invalid, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail-in entries, which will be disqualified.
Should your Instant Win game play result in a win, you will receive an on-screen message confirming if you are an instant winner and receive a subsequent winner confirmation email, sent to the email address you used to register for the Promotion. An email will be sent to the email address you used to register confirming your Instant Win prize.
LIMIT: Limit of one (1) Instant Win game play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry.
