I am a 25 year old entrepreneur with my own company where I train young kids I’m sports and mental health. Sports is an amazing outlet for most people but if you don’t address the mental aspect of sports sometimes it does more harm than good. As someone who suffers with depression and anxiety I want to be able to relate and help these young athletes on their journey and just build confidence and self love in themselves so they don’t let aspects of sports determine their value
