DIY HERO CONTEST

I make original custom sneakers! My first project was my favorite. It’s funny because I had bought a pair of plain black Van’s while I was working at a Mexican restaurant and they were sitting around after I had left the position. I saw them and I was like… I know I can make these funky. I researched DIY sneakers and found an artist I was inspired by (Timmy Ham). After scraping off the guac stuck on the sole I got to work painting an abstract ocean scene that surely would’ve knocked their socks off.
